You love cars and value mobility.

You are just as passionate about our luxury vehicles as you are about the car trade and service. In this apprenticeship, you will learn the perfect foundation for vehicle purchasing, sales, and service.

Your responsibilities

· Familiarizing yourself with the commercial processes involved in vehicle service and purchasing/selling

· Utilizing modern communication media and computer applications

· Being a point of contact for customers in spare parts sales, customer service reception, and supporting sales

· Providing advice on vehicle service products and invoicing

Qualifications

· Basic understanding of commercial and technical processes

· Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as knowledge of English

· Customer orientation

· Friendliness, dedication, and teamwork
