    Job Summary
    Pai Honolulu invites you to join our team as a Server, where warm hospitality and an exceptional culinary experience are at the heart of what we do. Our restaurant, celebrated for its innovative cuisine that fuses local ingredients with global culinary techniques, seeks a server who not only excels in customer service but is also passionate about food and wine.


    Responsibilities:
    • Provide a warm welcome to all guests, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.
    • Engage guests with knowledgeable recommendations, pairing dishes with the perfect wine from our extensive selection.
    • Manage table service with grace and efficiency, ensuring all diners' needs are met with a warm and attentive approach.
    • Educate guests about menu items, including detailed descriptions of dishes' ingredients and preparation methods.
    • Efficiently handle order placement and delivery, maintaining accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
    • Address any guest inquiries or concerns with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring a positive experience.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a server, ideally in a fine dining environment, with a strong emphasis on hospitality.
    • Robust knowledge of wine, with the ability to suggest pairings that enhance dining experiences.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
    • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operation tools is advantageous.
