A Compliance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that a spa operates within the bounds of Hand and Stone's operations policies, relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. They are responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain the highest ethical and legal standards. The Compliance Specialist also assists in educating and training spa employees on compliance matters.
