Albin Rau Self-Determined Living GmbH was founded in 2018 and has been offering person-centered services to people with disabilities nationwide ever since.

The services include counseling for people with disabilities and their families, personal assistance, and support with written matters when needed.

Through this offering, our clients can live self-determined lives in their chosen environment. All clients independently decide who works in their own team. Support is provided according to individual needs and personal preferences.

Personal Assistant (m/f/d)

Your job:

Provide support in everyday life, with everything that comes with living a self-determined life.


This includes tasks such as:

  • Assistance with personal hygiene
  • Assistance with getting dressed
  • Household tasks
  • Assistance with shopping or other errands
  • Accompaniment and support at work
  • Accompaniment to appointments such as doctor visits or visits to authorities
  • Accompaniment and support in leisure activities

Your skills and qualities:


  • No fear of contact

  • Willingness to work oncall, weekends, and holidays
  • Competence in managing household tasks
  • Driver's license class B
  • No allergies to animal hair
