    Recruiting Partner Compensation:

    • This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential

    • 3+ years in a leadership role and/or full-desk recruiting experience
    • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
    • Able to work effectively, autonomously, and consistently in a professional, remote office environment
