- Drive end-user sales through multiple distribution channels
- Uncover new sales opportunities and convert them into customers
- Demonstrate products to end users emphasizing the financial impact of improved performance, safety, and quality
- Manage and consistently update sales leads to track progress
- Effective management of end-users and distributors with high quality follow through ensuring territory growth objectives are achieved
- Travel approximately 50% of the time (access to transportation and a valid driver's license required)
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of sales experience in an industrial setting
- Up-to-date knowledge on industrial distribution practices and trends
- Knowledge of welding, metal fabricating, woodworking and power tools helpful
- Military background is a plus
