    Overview

    Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc., a leading company in the Imaging Industry specializing in Color Instrumentation and Light Measurement, has an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative reporting to the Operations Manager.

    Responsibilities


    • Completing customer supplier forms and invoice portal setups.
    • Customer invoice submissions via portal and/or email.
    • Backup for sales order processing, quotations and generating monthly commissions reporting.
    • Interact with regional sales managers, customers and the accounting team.
    • Create and provide Excel sales data reports from CRM and SAP.
    • Assist Operations Manager with special projects.
    Qualifications


    • Strong organizational and communications skills
    • Experience with customer invoicing portals a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
    • Knowledge of SAP a plus
    • Knowledge of Infor CRM a plus
    • Solid general business knowledge
