    Job Description Salary:
    $25,000-$30,000


    Summary:


    This position supports the mission and vision of SPC by ensuring the cleaning, maintenance and repair of all campus buildings, property and its systems.


    The primary responsibilities for this position are:
    Manage all existing Physical Plant maintenance requests
    Manage all Physical plant maintenance contracts
    Manage all Deferred Maintenance Projects
    Create yearly Physical Plant audit and Deferred Maintenance Schedule
    Develop a Buildings and Grounds Team
    Lead Contact for all Outside Rentals

    ACCOUNTABILITY and SUPERVISION –

    Supervised by the Director of Operations


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Building Maintenance and Repairs
    Coordinate all building, property and systems maintenance and repair; ensure adequate files, Certificates Of Insurance, contracts, etc
    Coordinate regular cleaning schedule with vendor, changes as needed to support church usage and other annual/semi-annual cleaning (windows, carpeting, flooring, kitchen deep cleaning)
    Ensure all emergency systems are functioning
    Provide on-call support of alarm system and other building emergencies during off hours
    Coordinate weekly task list with Buildings and Grounds volunteer team
    Along with Operations Director, provide annual budget projections and invoice management


    • Office Space
    Coordinate with staff to provide adequate workspace and furnishings
    Coordinate staff office moves, as needed


    • Outside Group Rental and Event Management
    Coordinate with outside group requests to use/rent our facilities, ensuring adequate oversight
    Coordinate with worship and production teams to support the events


    • Staff and Volunteer Participation
    Attend staff and other meetings as appropriate
    Partner with Buildings and Grounds and other volunteers, providing volunteer opportunities for our congregation to
    Maintain healthy relationships with co-workers and volunteers


    QUALIFICATIONS
    Personal/committed relationship with Jesus Christ
    Interest or experience in facilities management
    Strong organizational, time management, project management and customer service skills
    Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment
    Able to pass a background check
    Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office programs


    HOURS
    Part time, 20 hours, non-exempt
