- Execute operational plans to achieve company objectives, including overseeing sales promotions, events, and merchandise displays.
- Implement sales promotions, coordinate special events, and oversee the preparation of merchandise displays, store layout, and advertising copy.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to analyze store financials and strategize for sales growth, while ensuring adherence to the annual shrink budget.
- Ensure the security of company assets and prioritize the safety of associates and customers, maintaining strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate on in-store projects and adjust strategies to optimize financial performance and meet shrinkage targets.
- Foster relationships through community events and regular communication, ensuring strategic alignment and sustained outreach efforts.
- Champion talent management initiatives to cultivate a high-performing, accountable workforce. Recruit, train, and develop team members while maintaining performance standards.
- Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service and solution-oriented selling. Foster relationships with key stakeholders and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
- 3-5 years of retail management or robust customer service experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Sound financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Proven track record in relationship building and team leadership.
- Minimal travel requirement (less than 10%).
