    Description

    We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Pensacola team You will represent Florida Paints to our existing and prospective customers. You will develop business by working with existing customers as well as new customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be knowledgeable about the Florida Paints product offerings
    • Present and sell Florida Paints' products to new and existing customers
    • Prospect and contact potential customers
    • Call on regular and prospective customers in the Pensacola territory to solicit orders
    • Work with the Pensacola store team to resolve customer inquiries and complaints
    • Works with management to obtain price quotes and credit terms for customers
    • Maintain relationships with purchasing contacts

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in Paint and Coatings preferred
    • High school diploma
    • 2+ years' experience in sales with strong track record of success
    • PC literate
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms
    • Ability to build rapport with customers and relationships with a variety of personality types
    • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Must have a valid driver's license with strong driving record

    Physical Requirements:

    You must be able to travel in a vehicle for long periods of time. You must occasionally lift of move 50-75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
