    Agile Coach with Security Clearance - San Diego, United States - Booz Allen Hamilton

    R Agile Coach

    Key Role:

    Drive transformation across the organization by leveraging frameworks, including Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe ) , Scrum, and Kanban.

    Work to drive the adoption of the Agile mindset through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile life cycle management tools, while coaching and mentoring team members.

    Lead multiple ARTs from end-to-end and deliver SAFe training and workshops, including leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO / PM, and Values Stream Identification.

    Help to bring standard methodologies into the organization and partner closely with senior leadership to establish lean agile routines and practices that transform the organization to run Agile at scale, integration and continuous development, DevOps, and automation.

    Lead discussions with team leads and management while keeping the collective team focused and tracking on commitments, pace, and quality.


    Basic Qualifications:
    * 5+ years of experience leading agile transformations as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach

    • Experience coaching, mentoring, and advising te chn ology leaders through a sophisticated agile transformation
    • Experience designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks
    • Experience using the Atlassian Suite such as JIRA and Confluence, including building out leadership dashboards in Confluence, and pulling data from JIRA
    • Knowledge of Application Life Cycle and Agile Management tools
    • Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders within the organization on Agile topics


    • Secret clearance

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Certification, including PMI, CSM, CAL, or IC

    Agile Certification Additional Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting IC or DoD Acquisition Category or Business Category programs
    • Experience supporting the Navy or DoD
    • Experience working with senior executive leaders in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of human centered design or customer experience, requirements management, agile development, test driven design, continuous integration and continuous delivery ( CI / CD ) , and DevSecOps
    • Knowledge of DoD Program Management Office ( PMO ) responsibilities Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
