Hotel Receptionist (m/f/d) Law Firm

Your Perspective

Your Tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for clients and guests and contribute to a professional and friendly first impression
  • You competently answer incoming calls in German and English and forward them
  • You book and coordinate conference rooms and parking spaces
  • Organizing, hosting, and supporting internal and external meetings and events are part of your responsibilities

Your Profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. in hotel management) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have gained professional experience at the reception desk in a law firm, management consultancy, in the hotel industry, or a similarly demanding environment
