Your tasks

Leadership, guidance and motivation of your team
Optimal shift and vacation planning
Conducting employee conversations and trainings
Ensuring operations even in your absence (training of substitutes)
Responsibility for the cash register, bookings and correct billing of events and à la carte guests
Thinking and acting across departments
Responsibility for optimal utilization of the restaurant
Greeting and seating guests
Professional advice and general service for guests
Development and redesign of menus in collaboration with our kitchen director
Compliance with hygiene standards according to general HACCP guidelines
