How you contribute

  • Central point of contact for the customer and their employees
  • Ensuring smooth operation
  • Managing employees and coordinating subcontractors
  • Quality and performance control, as well as warranty tracking
  • Acquisition, proposal creation, and calculation of maintenance and operator orders
  • Creation of object-specific budget planning and commercial reporting
  • Preparation of documentation and reporting

    • What you bring

  • Technician, master or completed training as a plumbing and heating systems installer, electrician, or electronics technician
  • Relevant experience in a similar position within technical facility management
  • Knowledge of object management
  • Experience in managing employees
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
