    Description

    Assistant Manager - VIP Delta Sky Lounge at Minneapolis International Airport

    We are looking for a dedicated professional in the food & beverage industry to join our team at Delta Sky Club MSP. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the food service operations, ensuring adherence to corporate and brand standards, maximizing profitability, and enhancing guest and associate satisfaction through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

    • Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
    • Operating Hours: 4:45 AM - 1:00 AM, 365 days a year
    • Work Schedule: 50-hour week with open availability required
    • Must be available for rotating shifts including days, nights, and weekends at MSP airport

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage food service operations within budget constraints
    • Ensure superior quality of food offered
    • Assist in purchasing and inventory tasks
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with associates, guests, and clients
    • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team

    Qualifications:

    • 2-4 years of food service management experience
    • Experience in various food service environments
    • Strong knowledge of food industry
    • Financial and business acumen
    • ServSafe Certification preferred
    • Proficient in MS Office products
    • Associate's degree preferred
