- Coordinate joint strategic and operational planning and execution of joint fires, targeting, capability pairing, and threat mitigation in support of the Cyber Mission Force or other military operations.
- Plan, organize, determine, and recommend policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of assigned and anticipated joint fires coordination and execution.
- Support planning in offensive cyber operations throughout the entire Joint Planning Process.
- Coordinate targeting strategy development and engagement responsibilities with components, subordinate commands and supporting commands, synchronize and implement targeting methodologies and prioritization methods, assist and participate in cyber advanced targeting, interagency planning, joint targeting board support, cyber weapons capability analysis, target systems analysis, target materials production, collateral effects estimate, and joint planning group support up to the Top Secret (TS) Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) levels.
- Monitor and facilitate all targeting lists at the JFHQ-C (MARFORCYBER) level and above, draft Commander's targeting guidance, prepare strike packages, and prepare supporting documents.
- Army/Joint Targeting, IPB, and COG analysis process as well as a general understanding of Joint Offensive and Defensive doctrine and procedures.
- Knowledge in JOPP, MDMP, and MCPP planning and targeting processes and expertise in developing and accessing tactical and operational level Cyber plans and orders.

Description
SRG is seeking an experienced Offensive Cyberspace Fires Planner to join our team of Cyber Operation Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of offensive cyberspace operations in support of aligned combatant command and designated sub-unified commandsThis includes a deep understanding and experience in the employment of available cyberspace capabilities as well as the creation of future cyberspace capabilities
Tasking will include comprehensive cyber support for cyberspace operations planning and intelligence analysis at Joint Force Headquarters level.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level Cyber directives
An active/in tolerance TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance will be required for access to the place of performance, system account creation to perform the tasks, and access to classified data.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Offensive Cyberspace Fires Planner will perform the following functions:
Basic Qualifications:
1
Must possess a bachelor's degree and 10 years of planning experience or a combined total of a minimum of 14 years between education and relevant service
Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements:
Experience with integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing adjacent and supporting operations, as well as developing support for related capabilities and their activities
Be familiar with, certified in, or have applicable operational/field time experience in:
Ability to engage senior JIIM leaders and staff and conduct operational and informational briefings to a large audience.
