Description:
Markon is looking for a Senior Architect to serve as a technical consultant for the Design & Engineering team of our customer

Responsibilities may include:

Participates in project requirements definition, and reviews plans and documents developed by consultants for the utilization of land and the construction of facilities.
Serves as an office-wide resource and leader in the architectural field of practice.
Provides architectural and technical knowledge as part of a team of Government professionals and technicians working together on an on-site everyday basis supporting an "owner's agent" construction requirements organization.
Ensures all facility designs are in architectural compliance with the approved Master Plan and the associated Installation Design Guidelines for the campus.
Confirms all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations are followed, that current techniques are utilized, innovation is recognized, and quality is at a high level.
Conducts and documents site visits

Reviews submittals, substitution requests, and RFI's during the design and construction phases.

Responsible for the technical excellence of the tasks and analyses performed, regulatory code compliance, and for on-schedule completion within budget in accordance with contractual obligations

Active TS/SCI FS Poly clearance
B.S

in Architecture related field
