JOB RELATED FUNCTIONS:
_**- Experience in Personal injury law(tort law), Personal injury protection (PIP) and lien/LOP knowledge preferred.

Demonstrates competency in the performance of jobrelated skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.
Manages a team of sales representatives and develops their skills to attain revenue objectives.
Works closely with Regional Sales and Operation Directors to grow market and ensure patient and provider satisfaction.
Works closely with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic marketing plan for assigned region.
Coach and develop direct reports. Manage daytoday performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly.
Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Will report into the National PI Sales Director
Meets and exceeds quarterly sales goals in assigned territory.
