- New Facility and Renewal Compliance applications
- Organization of all Compliance related documents and applications into One App Pro Software
- Create Special Projects and Reports utilizing Power Point, Outlook, Excel
- House Dosimetry Reports
- Review of Supervising Physician Logs
- Perform routine file Audits as specified by the Director of Compliance
- Assist Director of Compliance and Site managers in the event of inspections
- Compile information and documents for Facility Site Binders
- Provide sites with necessary Compliance Certificates when needed.
- Effectively communicates with Compliance, Executive and Site Management team if needed.
- Tracks all corporate electronic key cards and security alarm access.
- Document and tracks all product recall information.
- Orders Corporate office supplies.
- Point of contact for corporate office property management.
- Assist with mailing and fed-ex documents for Compliance Department and Corporate office.
- Duties as assigned.

- Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.
- Requires a High School Diploma
- Must be proficient in Power Point, Outlook, Excel and preferred experience with One App Pro.
- Must have Strong Organizational skills.
- Must be able to effectively communicate will all staff and be capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal staff and external agencies.
- Must have a strong understanding of Department of Health, Medicare, State Agency Rules and Regulations as it pertains to compliance related inspections.
- Must be familiar with SimonMed's Company Policies and Procedures.
- Must be able to multi-task.
