    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.
    • New Facility and Renewal Compliance applications
    • Organization of all Compliance related documents and applications into One App Pro Software
    • Create Special Projects and Reports utilizing Power Point, Outlook, Excel
    • House Dosimetry Reports
    • Review of Supervising Physician Logs
    • Perform routine file Audits as specified by the Director of Compliance
    • Assist Director of Compliance and Site managers in the event of inspections
    • Compile information and documents for Facility Site Binders
    • Provide sites with necessary Compliance Certificates when needed.
    • Effectively communicates with Compliance, Executive and Site Management team if needed.
    • Tracks all corporate electronic key cards and security alarm access.
    • Document and tracks all product recall information.
    • Orders Corporate office supplies.
    • Point of contact for corporate office property management.
    • Assist with mailing and fed-ex documents for Compliance Department and Corporate office.
    • Duties as assigned.
    • Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service.
    • Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
    • Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education:

    • Requires a High School Diploma

    Experience:

    • Must be proficient in Power Point, Outlook, Excel and preferred experience with One App Pro.
    • Must have Strong Organizational skills.
    • Must be able to effectively communicate will all staff and be capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal staff and external agencies.
    • Must have a strong understanding of Department of Health, Medicare, State Agency Rules and Regulations as it pertains to compliance related inspections.
    • Must be familiar with SimonMed's Company Policies and Procedures.
    • Must be able to multi-task.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.

    DRESS ATTIRE: Business Casual or scrubs dependent on department
