TikTok's Lead Ads team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building lead generation solutions that enable businesses to create seamless interactions with their customers while ensuring our community feels comfortable and safe on the platform.
This team aims to provide intuitive, simplified solutions that grow advertiser activation, retention and ARPA via enhanced delivery experience, performance and higher ROI.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and build highly scalable machine learning products that determine what ads billions of TikTok users see and engage with.
You will be responsible for helping 'millions' of advertisers improve their return on ad spend, growing overall monetization efficiency, and protecting the experience of our users, creators, and community through an industry-leading recommendation system.
Responsible for lead generation client's revenue on TikTok; Analyze and diagnose business problems, identify client's pain points and priorities, lead short and long-term business strategy and implementation plans of responsible area5+ years experience in online advertising in a product management role, with demonstrated leadership in the management of a product (or portfolio of products) through the software development lifecycle, from conception to launch to ongoing performance measurement and optimization.
