    Job Description

    Situation: We need a picker who can start pre picking orders for the following days' work. We need someone who has experience on order pickers and reaches. RF Scanner experience.

    Schedule: Monday-Thursday 1:30pm-10pm and Friday 11am-7pm.

    Starting Pay is $18 and after the 90 days will hire on at $19 if you are meeting metrics and doing great

    About: This company is a regional farm supply co-op with diverse operations including feed production, agronomy services, and retail stores throughout the intermountain west.

    Responsibilities:

    • Must demonstrate basic material handling/packaging/warehouse equipment skills
    • Fill customers' orders using proven picking processes to achieve established production and accuracy objectives.
    • Experience using the WMS RF scanner to complete picking process efficiently.
    • Calculate figures and amounts using basic math skills.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Able to use computer and company software.
    • Work and communicate well with co-workers.
    • Treat co-workers with respect.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or GED
    • 1+ years of warehouse experience
    • 1+ years experience on order picker and reach style forklifts.
    • 1+ years RF Scanner experience
    • Able to lift/palletize various products weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly
    • Able to operate equipment at heights of up to 24 feet.
    • Able stand for extended periods of time during shift.
