    Fore All is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as our new Warehouse & Logistics Manager. This is a full-time position that is 100% onsite at our warehouse in Salt Lake City, UT.

    • Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring that the warehouse is organized efficiently, maintaining optimal storage conditions, and implementing best practices for warehousing operations.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for efficient logistics operations, including the movement and storage of goods, materials, and products.
  • Work closely with Design Director for forecasting numbers and handle all fulfillment of B2B orders, vendor relationships, & communication management with B2B accounts.
  • Managing inventory levels to ensure that there is enough stock to meet customer demands without overstocking.
  • Overseeing the transportation of goods, selecting the best shipping methods, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.
  • Ensuring that customer orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Managing logistics budgets and finding ways to reduce costs without compromising service quality.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, production, sales, and customer service, to ensure a smooth and integrated supply chain.
  • Using logistics like shopify and systems to track and manage the flow of goods, improve efficiency, and gather data for analysis.
  • Ensuring that all logistics activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Tracking KPIs to measure the effectiveness of logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on logistics performance to senior management.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure that raw materials and components needed for production are imported on time.
  • Align logistics operations with production schedules to ensure that materials arrive just in time for manufacturing processes, minimizing inventory costs and storage needs.
  • Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and other partners to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and resolving any logistical or operational issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, inventory movements, and communications.

    • Qualifications Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in a warehouse/logistics environment is required (warehouse management experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Ability to read, sort, check, count and verify numbers.
  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic.
  • Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.
  • Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
