Shift/Team Leader (m/f/d) Restaurant Service in Salem, MA


To expand our team in the Suites department at the Mercedes-Benz Arena Berlin, we are looking for a
Shift/Team Leader (m/f/d) to start immediately.


As a Shift/Team Leader, you will be responsible for preparing the suites for events and managing the service staff's billing after the event.

You will also serve as a point of contact for our guests and suite employees, working closely with the Suites Management team.

A completed apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist is required for this position.

Extensive experience in the gastronomy industry will be considered equivalent.

You are open, communicative, and work with great attention to detail and reliability. Providing professional service to guests comes naturally to you.


You are at least 21 years old, flexible with your schedule, able to handle stress, and willing to work primarily in the evenings and on weekends.

You have a strong focus on customer service.
