In addition to vehicle sales, our range of services also includes maintenance and repairs, parts and accessories sales, as well as comprehensive financial and service offerings.

For our car dealership, we are currently looking for a
Sales Administration Specialist (m/f/d) for our location in
Stuttgart to start as soon as possible


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independent creation and processing of contracts and order confirmations
  • Recording and maintenance of customer master data
  • Monitoring of new vehicle orders
  • Processing of vehicle registration documents and vehicle arrivals
  • Coordination of delivery dates with customers or sales consultants
  • Completion of registration documents
  • Invoice creation and verification, as well as settlement of sales documents
  • Reporting and sales notifications to manufacturers, application and booking of manufacturer bonuses

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in administration, ideally with knowledge in scheduling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills, good understanding of numbers, and excellent organizational skills
  • Independent and reliable work ethic
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
