- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Gather information through various sources such as surveys, interviews, and industry publications.
- Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, trade shows, and referrals. Identify and qualify prospects based on their needs and interests.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Management: Assist in managing client accounts by tracking sales activities, monitoring account performance, and identifying upselling opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for account growth and retention.
- Training and Development: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with social media management tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing or communications is a plus.
