- Craft engaging and concise social media posts related to Fugro's events, conferences, and webinars.
- Optimize content and employ best practices across all social media platforms and help track their performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging, persuasive, and relevant content for website, promotional campaigns, case studies, and internal newsletter.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure alignment and accuracy of content.
- Assist in editing and proofing content to ensure voice, grammar, and style are on point.
- Help optimize content into appealing presentation and sales materials, including PowerPoint.
- Upload and maintain marketing projects in project tracking tools.
- Assist in updating project status, milestones, and deadlines.
- Ensure accurate documentation of project progress.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States, without restrictions
- Pursuing a Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
