We are currently looking for a Director of Track Maintenance (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our location in Hannover.
Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for planning and ensuring cost-effective, timely, and high-quality track maintenance
You will also supervise and conduct quality control at operational sites in the Northern region
You will lead and manage a team of approximately 30 employees in track maintenance, including both operational and academic staff
You will be responsible for managing resources, including personnel, materials, machinery, equipment, and procurement services
You will oversee material and resource management for various sites and construction projects
You will act as a point of contact for competitive bidding for construction services
You will coordinate process optimizations and project preparation and execution for drainage projects in collaboration with project engineers from the Northern plant renovation team

Your profile:

You have a degree in civil engineering or a similar field, or equivalent experience
You have (some) experience in managing employees and in the infrastructure or construction industry
