Are you looking for a responsible working student position in the CRM field? We are currently seeking an enrolled student (m/f/d) who is interested in gaining practical experience in the marketing field.
With us, you will gain insights into the daily tasks of the CRM team, support them, and have a significant impact on exciting projects.
YOUR TASKS * Support the CRM team in developing and maintaining the CRM strategy and system landscape, specifically focusing on the C&A customer loyalty program.
* Independently take on sub-projects in the CRM field, particularly in the conception and implementation of new features or direct marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate in coordinating interfaces with other departments and systems. * Prepare and conduct tests in the CRM system, as well as analyze and report on results.
