Office Manager (m/f/x) in 83022 Rosenheim, Plainville, IN


Who would have thought on April 19, 1969, when Hans Nickl opened his garden center with seven employees, that the company would develop into one of the largest retail businesses in the city and district of Rosenheim.

Gartencenter Nickl is a family-owned medium-sized company and operates the leading garden centers south of Munich at its two locations in Rosenheim and Kolbermoor, currently with 120 employees.


Your future responsibilities:

  • Organizing a smooth reception process, including professional and friendly support for customers, guests, and service providers
  • Managing our telephone switchboard
  • Visitor management and organization of the company fleet
  • Administration and documentation of work clothing, customer cards, etc.
  • Managing orders and purchases
  • Checking invoices and delivery notes in our document management system
  • Booking goods receipts and maintaining master data in our merchandise management system
  • Assisting with complaint management
  • Managing our bank accounts
  • Supporting colleagues on the sales floor with signage
