    As the Operations Manager of Alamo Management Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, efficiency, and growth across all aspects of our business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations while aligning operational strategies with the company's overall objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with a proven track record of strategic thinking and execution.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize business performance and achieve organizational goals.
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration across departments.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
    • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning to ensure prudent resource management and sustainable growth.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability to empower employees and drive organizational success.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making and mitigate risks.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field required.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into action and drive results.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and leading organizational change initiatives.
    • Financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical business practices.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
    • Strong customer service skills to assure success of internal and external customers.
    • Self-motivated individual to set and maintain his or her own pace and that of the team.
    • Adaptable in fast paced environment where multitasking, attention to detail, and great planning skills are essential.
    • Able to overcome obstacles to cooperation and to foster harmonious relations.
    • Advanced Excel, Word, and database skills.
    • A positive attitude and the ability to develop the same in the employees.
    • Clear communicator who is passionate about coaching and developing staff
    • Excellent written skills
    • Sense of urgency
