You can identify complex HR-specific data relationships and translate them into understandable Excel evaluations and charts? You have an eye for detail and continuously improve and develop HR reporting, processes, and IT landscape? Great, then you are the HR Systems & Data expert we are looking for in our global Compensation & Benefits team at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH.

Evaluation, analysis, and further development of HR reporting, including definition and development of detailed HR and personnelrelated metrics, analyses, and reports, as well as presentation in dashboards (introduction of a management dashboard)
Harmonization of the global system landscape (e.g. introduction of HR portal; time management categories)
Technical support for the implementation of changes due to new collective agreements
Preparation and coordination of salary adjustments, etc. with the HR Shared Service Center (e.g. preparation of special payment disbursement)
Support for various reports and audits
Participation and contribution to projects for IT optimizations, HR technical implementation of reorganizations, master data maintenance, or strategic HR planning
Analysis of existing HR processes in data management and development of ideas for optimization and automation of endtoend processes, including implementation and communication within the customer landscape and relevant HR stakeholders
