WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Level 3 SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst at BlueHalo, you will:

Provide analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses.
Conduct indepth research and analysis of both collection and collateral data to develop and refine targets of interest.
Develop analytic strategies to effectively identify target communications within the global network.
Focus on technologies including data and voice communications (DNR, voice/FAX, DNI), and other advanced technologies over IP.
Use critical thinking and knowledge of various technologies to identify analytic vectors.
Exploit foreign communications and systems to collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information, adhering to established requirements and priorities.
Develop and innovate techniques and tools for data collection, evaluation, analysis, documentation, and presentation.
Engage in independent research to enhance target development and provide guidance to juniorlevel contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development.
Ensure optimal and effective SIGDEV support for accessing and developing customer targets.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING:

A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support.
Extensive experience within the last ten years, including at least seven (7) years with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
Proven ability to think critically and reason analytically to make informed determinations.
Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and a proven track record of incorporating independent research into daily operations.
Demonstrated capability to perform independently as well as lead and guide Level 1 and Level 2 contractor personnel in SIGINT development tasks.
