OVERVIEW:


The HR Analyst is here to oversee our data collection, HR Metrics and storage practices, provide support to our benefits, compliance, HR and compensation teams, and conduct periodic audits to ensure secure and accurate people data.

This is also consultative role with internal HR and business clients that identifies strategic information needs, conducts data and process analyses, provides actionable recommendations, and manages and executes analytical projects that support the organization's strategic objectives.


To be successful in this role, you should have experience with leading large projects involving several stakeholders, data feeds and imports, integrations across multiple platforms and, data audits.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for the proper and effective operation of our HR Data


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


Collect and analyze various types of HR data, such as employee performance metrics, turnover rates, hiring trends, and engagement levels.

Utilize data-driven insights to inform and guide strategic HR decision-making, ensuring our HR strategies are aligned with business objectives and employee needs.

Support initiatives related to talent management, retention, diversity and inclusion, and employee development.

Participate in evaluation reporting analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives and identify trends and make predictions

Gather data and prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports scorecards, dashboards, and executive presentations and analysis on key HR metrics


Own and maintain data integrity in systems through creation of appropriate configuration controls, standards, and processes, as well as regular audits of data.


Assist and support HR with initial compliance and ongoing preparation, testing, and monitoring of conformance to the requirements of legislation, regulations, company policies, and contract commitments.


Manage the completion of regulatory compliance report filings (e.g., EEO-1, AAP, VETS, Pay Equity, etc.) through collaboration with stakeholders and third-party organizations.

Maintain accurate and complete records of all HR compliance activities.


Performs quality checks of benefits-related data, identifies, and resolves eligibility and file issues with vendor and determine root cause issue for corrections.

Complete ad-hoc reporting for COEI partner, payroll, insurance brokers, etc

Prepare and analyze benefit data for annual surveys, project documentation and in support of policy decisions.


WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING:

BA or BS Degree with 4+ years of demonstrated experience in an HR Analyst role

Familiarity with HRIS systems, and data analysis tools. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.

Preferred experience with UKG Pro.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and demonstrated ability with other MS Office Applications.

Prior experience working for a multi-state federal government contracting firm

Strong analytical skills including the ability to assimilate extensive data and provide actionable recommendations

Experience managing mandatory government reporting, including EEO-1, VETS-4212 and AAP.

Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
