The Automotive Service Advisor interacts with thousands of customers, focusing on building customer loyalty by developing trust and confidence in Hanania as a caregiver for the customer vehicle safety and reliability.
This role requires someone passionate about taking care of the customer, with a specialty in creating and helping maintain a positive experience.
This role requires juggling many customers, priorities, and follow-ups throughout the day.Supervisory Responsibilities:
NoneDuties & Responsibilities:
Setting, confirming, and preparing appointments with customers to expedite the service experience.
Greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner.
Determining vehicle needs based on customer information and a vehicle walk-around.
Using a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning for ongoing required vehicle maintenance.
Producing repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates.
Communicating frequently with Technicians and Parts Associates to ensure timely job order completion.
Following up with customers on the status of their vehicles and ensuring satisfaction.
Creating a great vehicle delivery experience for the customer.
Setting and achieving targeted sales goals.
Building superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization and follow-up skills.

Must be able pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test).
Education & Experience:

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the service department.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
