- Provide end-to-end architecture recommendations for D365 F&0 and system integrations to the management team
- Lead the development of technology strategies and roadmaps for the client
- Collaborate with analysts and subject matter experts to address operational challenges and streamline operations
- Ensure technical requirements are met by working with various teams and solution providers
- Offer expertise to support team members, conduct testing and training on D365 F&0 implementation
- Focus on enhancing system deliverables and project life cycle processes
- Provide guidance on system capabilities and customization reduction
- Assist with tenant data migration and build relationships with the global template team
- Guide the management team on system optimization and regional requirements
- Travel may be required for conferences and technical meetings
- Experience in project implementation and integration with cross-functional teams

- Bachelor's Degree in related fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, etc.
- More than 10 years of ERP implementation experience with 3 to 5 years as a Solution Architect, preferably certified
- Proficiency in X++, Azure services integration, and Power Apps
- Expertise in report generation using SSRS, Power BI, and report designer
- Deep understanding of application development, life cycle management, and ERP implementations
- Experience in Microsoft systems, Life Cycle Services, and best practices
- Industry experience in distribution, heavy equipment, construction, or mining is beneficial
- Knowledge of Microsoft tenant migration is a plus
