Description

For our subsidiary "Station Food," we are looking for you as a shift leader (m/f/d) for our Vincent Vegan at Berlin Central Station, starting immediately, in a permanent full-time position.

As a shift leader, we entrust you with the following tasks:

  • You will be in close contact with our guests while selling food, specialty coffees, and beverages.
  • During your shift, you will take responsibility for the operational business.
  • As the right hand of the team leader, you will ensure compliance with our quality standards, conduct inventories, and be a listening ear for your employees.
  • You will also monitor billing and cash handling.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in retail or system gastronomy is the foundation for your career with us.
  • You should have basic computer skills for working with our time tracking system and cash reconciliation.
  • Your flexibility allows you to work various shifts.
