Description

The children's group Till Eulenspiegel e.V. is a self-managed parent association that provides care for approximately 400 children in the city of Braunschweig. We operate 12 facilities with a total of 25 groups for children aged years. We employ approximately 130 staff members. Our facilities include nurseries, kindergartens, and after-school groups. Since 1983, we have been committed to a respectful, empathetic, and collaborative approach to educating the children entrusted to us, with small groups of 15 children and a minimum staff-to-child ratio of two qualified professionals.

Your responsibilities

Education, upbringing, and care of kindergarten children

Participation in the planning and execution of events and parent evenings

Personnel management, professional leadership (pedagogical steering) of all assigned employees

Personnel deployment planning, duty and vacation planning

Conducting employee and annual performance reviews

Organization and participation in staff meetings and specialized consultation systems

Participation in the development, improvement, and implementation of concepts and services

Parent work

Ensuring proper documentation in accordance with the requirements of the sponsor and clients

Ensuring occupational safety, health, and fire protection in accordance with legal requirements
