iStudio Projects, a leader in the integration of advanced theatrical systems, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex projects from inception to completion.
In this role, you will ensure that engineered designs are realized with precision, delivered on time, and executed within budget.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about bringing creative visions to life in performance venues and other specialized environments.

- Project Oversight: Lead all phases of project management, including initial planning, execution, and closing. Ensure compliance with project scope, timelines, and budget specifications.
- Team Coordination: Direct a crossdisciplinary team, promoting collaboration and ensuring highquality deliverables.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining effective communication and ensuring satisfaction through all project phases.
- Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of resources such as labor, materials, and equipment to ensure project efficiency.

Quality Assurance:
Monitor projects to meet strict industry standards and safety regulations, with regular assessments and adjustments.
- Innovation and Improvement: Innovate and enhance project management processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
- Site Management: Communicate regularly with site superintendents, conduct initial and final site walkthroughs, and manage onsite activities to ensure project alignment with client goals.
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive weekly reports to management detailing project status, challenges, and milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in theatrical equipment, TV/film production, or construction industries, with proven project delivery success.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and expertise in project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing client expectations and negotiating effectively.
- Understanding of the technical and creative aspects of theatrical systems and construction.
- Experience in scheduling, coordinating vendors, and managing logistics of material deliveries.
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays, with expenses and per diems covered.
- OSHA 10/30 certification and lift training preferred.
Work Environment:
This position may require travel to various project sites nationally, involving onsite leadership and coordination.
The role is based in an office setting with frequent site visits to ensure project execution aligns with client and company standards.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location:
- HOUSTON, TX, 77032 and Greater Texas Market
- Occasionally Travel to Project Locations across country
