As a boutique agency for digital business, we strategically accompany companies in their digital transformation, develop new business models, and enable effective alignment of brand and sales.

With a diverse team of consultants, digital experts, and creatives, we advise brands and companies on digital strategies, design creative concepts for digital marketing and communication measures, and create content for them.

Who we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a Junior Art Director Digital with relevant agency experience in Berlin, who enriches our team with their creative flair and sense for innovative digital content.

Your tasks:

You conceptualize and design content formats and postings for social media
You develop concepts and design digital campaigns
You retouch and optimize existing image and video material
You work together with our creative planners, copywriters, and ads experts

You bring with you:

2+ years of (digital) agency experience
Completed bachelor's or master's degree
Meaningful portfolio
Experienced handling of social media channels and content creation
Proficient use of Adobe CS
Experience in motion design/animation
