On behalf of a senior facility in the Campbellsburg, KY area, we are currently looking for a Residential Care Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of a residential unit within a senior residence
Ensuring individualized care and support for residents
Leadership and development of the nursing team
Coordination and documentation of nursing processes
Promoting a respectful and dignified approach to residents
Close collaboration with family members, doctors, and other professionals
Continuous development of nursing quality and standards

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed training in geriatric or nursing care (at least according to §71 SGB XI)
Further education as a Residential Care Manager or comparable qualification
