    Description

    As a valued team member, you will lead the development and implementation of financial models, cash flow simulations, P&L, and risk metrics calculations for business decisions and risk management. You will also mentor team members in this role.

    The Lead Quantitative Engineer role offers flexibility to shape your day while collaborating with dedicated colleagues to fulfill the following responsibilities:

    • Apply advanced skills to translate complex mathematical and financial logic into software code
    • Design and execute modeling applications via distributed computing for efficiency and scalability
    • Lead test case development for modeling applications
    • Assess model implementation quality and control risk
    • Define system requirements and recommend technology platforms for robust execution
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry practices

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • 4 years of experience
    • Bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering

    Desired Experiences

    • Bachelor's degree with 6 years or Master's degree with 4 years in related fields
    • Experience working across Finance and Capital Markets
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in C++, Python, Unix/Linux environments
    • Expertise in data visualization, econometric modeling, and statistical analysis
    • Experience with financial data and analytics
    • AWS cloud architecture proficiency
    • Knowledge in Web Services, APIs, DevOps, Networking, Virtualization, and Security
    • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
