Achievements and awards from my success story include but are not limited to

• Monumentally receiving 100% USPTO allowance of 400 IBM accelerated examination applications in 6 months; 

• Over a 9-year tenure, being repeatedly recognized and rewarded by executive management through quarterly bonuses for maintaining the highest billing and customer satisfaction metrics company-wide; 

• Successfully appointed senior data manager of data acquisition, normalization, testing, and product development for the world’s first AI-driven patent and non-patent literature search engine - Innography; 

• Being recognized and rewarded for negotiating and closing a $20 million contractual agreement to acquire the largest industry-recognized world patent database for $10 million; 

• Overwhelming appreciation I received for providing critical information that saved a client over $440 million in lost revenue and patent litigation expenses.

Experience

11/21 – 02/23 Cyber Security Project Manager (1yr contract) - Diesec, Inc.

• From multiple daily briefings to working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, my leadership, written and verbal communication skills, cyber security and IT-related business knowledge, team coordination, and customer service experience were sought after by C-level executives, implementation teams, and stakeholders to collaboratively identify resources, project objectives, risk analysis, milestones, escalations, deliverables, and timelines necessary to meet organizational goals and cybersecurity requirements of the customer (Deutsche Bank). • Two distinct customer-recognized highlights were the successful onboarding of an automated pen-testing software tool and the migration of an internal pen-testing environment to GCP (Google Cloud Platform). 

• Tools, skills, and knowledge utilized in this role included: ➢ Invicti (formerly Netsparker), Github, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Agile software including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Sharepoint.

03/20 – 11/21 RFID Technology Specialist - Checkpoint Systems, Inc.

• Motivated by the gratitude expressed by managers for helping them reduce product and revenue loss from over 300 retail store locations in multiple states during the Covid pandemic, I traveled as an essential onsite technician providing critical services comprising customer relationship management, RFID security system installation, training, customer retention, satisfaction, upselling, escalations, site surveys, photos, and cost estimates. 

• Tools, skills, and knowledge utilized in my role included: ➢ Heavy construction, precision, electrical tools, installation and termination of data cable and electrical wire, and RFID tuning software provided means for installing, testing, programming, and troubleshooting RFID security hardware, networking, remote access, and data analysis reporting. 

06/18 – 08/19 Digital Banking Specialist - Toronto Dominion Bank 

• With this role, I had the distinct pleasure of being recognized by customers, bank management, and peers for having the unique and empathetic ability to identify profound solutions to various customer banking needs and concerns in an expedited manner. All of which earned me several key awards and secondary roles: TD Rising Star Award 2019 for exceptional customer service, Member of the iD8 committee serving to improve the customer service experience, New-hire training Ambassador tasked with training new team members, and TD Bank representative for the 2019 Summer Special Olympics. 

09/09 – 03/20 Founder and CEO - Search-2-Innovate, LLC (the company sold in 2020) • Recognized by customers as an industry-leading patent subject matter expert of the highest integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and unbridled desire to help customers achieve success, my firm, in collaboration with hundreds of clients, successfully created a 10-year operational commitment comprising a $7.2 million patent portfolio consisting of 1,800 patent projects by Securing customer data and confidentiality, delivering on-time results, and receiving several hundred referrals and business opportunities to expand market depth and long-term customer relationships.

02/00 – 09/09 Vice President of Client Relations - CPA Global, Inc.

• After receiving unprecedented customer and executive recognition for the highest quality customer service, on-time results, attention to detail, team and project management, and an unwavering desire to help customers succeed, I was promoted to Vice President of Client Relations. As VP of CRM, my role managed patent attorney relationships and success experiences for more than 500 companies and law firms with a combined patent research and annuity portfolio exceeding a billion dollars in valuation. 

• Having realized measurable success as VP, I was appointed Senior Data Manager as a secondary role to advance product development, patent database acquisition, normalization, testing, and ultimately the customer experience for the first AI-driven patent and non-patent search engine (Innography).
