Position: Contract Executive Coach
Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Contract Executive Coach to join our team on a full-time, 6-month contract with potential for extension. As a leading provider of talent solutions for businesses, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals by providing top-notch coaching and development services.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one coaching to senior executives, including CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite leaders, to enhance their leadership skills and overall performance
Conduct assessments and create personalized development plans for each client based on their individual needs and goals
Facilitate group coaching sessions and workshops for teams and departments within client organizations
Collaborate with the Northwest Talent Solutions LLC team to design and deliver customized coaching programs for clients
Continuously monitor and track client progress and provide regular feedback to ensure goals are being met
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in executive coaching to continuously improve our services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
Represent Northwest Talent Solutions LLC at networking events and conferences to promote our coaching services and generate new business opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive coaching, preferably with C-suite level clients
Proven track record of successfully coaching and developing senior executives to improve their leadership skills and drive business results
Strong understanding of leadership development theories and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other coaching software/tools
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events
