    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Ensuring Financial Accuracy: Delve into the world of Travel and Entertainment (T&E) expenses, meticulously reviewing submissions for compliance with company policies and guidelines. Your keen eye for detail will contribute to the accuracy of our financial records.

    Navigating the General Ledger: Embark on a journey of updating General Ledger (GL) coding for T&E expenses, a crucial step in ensuring precise allocation and facilitating accurate financial reporting.

    Crafting Vendor Relationships: Be the catalyst for onboarding new vendors by initiating Service Now requests. Dive into the intricacies of tax compliance as you request W-9 or W-8 forms through DocuSign. Secure banking information through the same platform, facilitating seamless payment processing.

    Supplier Site Harmony: Take charge of maintaining supplier sites, artfully inactivating unused address sites to uphold our commitment to accurate and organized record-keeping.

    Customer Service Maestro: Step into the role of a customer service virtuoso, engaging with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email. Your responsive and professional communication will enhance the overall experience for everyone involved.

    Special Projects Co-Creator: Collaborate with the accounts payable team on special projects, infusing your unique perspective into process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

    Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent with basis of accounting procedure.
  • Some office experience preferred.
  • Efficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Oracle Applications AP knowledge preferred.
  • 10 key by touch and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, work well under pressure.

    • Additional Information

    The pay range for this position is $13-16 / hour depending on experience.
