- Provide individual and group therapy tailored to the specific needs of assigned clients (adolescents or adults).
- Conduct thorough intakes and comprehensive assessments for the Behavioral Health program.
- Manage an active caseload, ensuring productivity standards are met and client progress is tracked.
- Establish collaborative relationships with other therapists, physicians, and relevant agencies to facilitate appropriate referrals and coordinate care.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of and comfort with addressing complex issues such as homelessness, substance abuse, mental health diagnoses, and trauma.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to diagnose, assess, and treat behavioral health conditions.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
- Foster a positive therapeutic relationship and prioritize client satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
- Exhibit cultural competency and sensitivity in interactions with diverse client populations.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active, independent licensure in CT (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
- 0-5 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
