Help adolescents recover from mental health and substance use challenges at a 25-bed residential treatment center for 14- to 17-year-olds on a beautiful property in Killingworth, Connecticut.

The care team includes psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, wellness coordinators, academic advisors, operations staff, kitchen staff, and more.


Job Description/Core Duties:


  • Lead therapeutic groups for 1417 year olds, using a mental health and substance abuse curriculum
  • Support clients in milieu management
  • Document client notes
  • Conduct intake assessments on new clients (Biopsychosocial)
  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
  • Connect with families to provide input on treatment plans and goals


There are multiple roles suited for someone newly entering the clinical field that has graduated and has obtained their licensure of LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A.

Roles include milieu management, group and intake clinicians, and caseload clinicians.

The schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, 9AM to 5PM


Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
