Evolving Tree Therapy is a new perinatal mental health group practice with locations in Winsted, Canaan, and Torrington Evolving Tree was created by a pair of genuine and compassionate mothers who have a passion for improving mental health care for moms while making the care more accessible.

We believe in supporting our client's evolving mental health through all the stages of motherhood; inclusive of medication, work-life balance, and personal evolution.

We are seeking warm, empathetic, autonomous, motivated, experienced licensed clinicians looking to grow with an expanding practice.

Flexible work-from-home options available.


Responsibilities:

• See clients individually and run groups.
• Maintain own schedule after initial intake
• Completing documentation within 24h of sessions.
• Completing assessments, as needed with clients.

Skills:

• Experience working with perinatal mental health a plus
• Ability to conduct group therapy sessions effectively
• Proficiency in clinical documentation
• Strong patient care skills and empathy
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
• Licensed in the state of CT as LPC, LCSW, LMFT
