Your responsibilities:


  • Further develop our partnership with the customer
  • Monitor and coordinate all activities (internal/external) with the goal of ensuring ontime and highquality OSS agreements (material flow, repairs, technical support, etc.)
  • Serve as the focal point for our customer Airbus for all questions regarding our products, including nonconformity, retrofitting, and upgrades
  • Present contractual KPIs for monitoring and continuous improvement of OSS services
  • Support in creating offers and negotiations
  • Ensure the operational capability of onsite teams (covering for vacations, training, etc.)
  • Regularly participate in program meetings to report on customer concerns
  • Maintain constant communication with quality, supply, development, and production departments in Donauwörth regarding delivery reliability and quality

Your profile:


  • Completed training in industrial mechanics, logistics specialist, mechanic, or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production
