Payer Insights: Utilize extensive knowledge of payer operations and needs to establish effective partnerships.
Pipeline Management: Identify, prioritize, and establish partnerships.
Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and secure favorable terms.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between Avi Medical and payers.
Market Dynamics: Stay informed on changes and regulations in the payer market.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with medical, product, and finance teams to enhance service offerings.
Performance Oversight: Set and evaluate metrics for partnership success.

Core skills & qualifications to help you succeed in this role are:

Extensive Payer Engagement: 5+ years of experience in or working with payer organizations, with a focus on partnerships and contract negotiations.

Business Acumen: Strong ability to develop and analyze business cases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project feasibility.
