- Understand and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our vehicles to potential customers
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Conduct test drives and accurately explain the performance and features of our vehicles
- Create and maintain a customer database to follow up on potential leads
- Negotiate and close deals with customers in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively meet sales targets
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Prior experience in luxury automotive sales is required
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Passion for cars and the automotive industry
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales software
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
